Survivors of the collapsed building in Huruma estate and those who suffered injuries following the collapse of the Department of Defence (DoD) wall will require to be operated on.
Health Cabinet Secretary Cleopa Mailu said that although the 11 patients from Huruma and three admitted from DoD are in a stable condition, they need to undergo various surgeries.
“They are out of danger but some suffered broken bones and soft tissue injuries which will require surgeries,” said the CS.
