The owner of the ill-fated building in Huruma estate that has so far killed 21 people will be charged in court after he surrendered to the police.
Samuel Kamau presented himself at the Pangani Police Station on Sunday following an order by Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet ordering him to surrender to the nearest police station.
People Daily has established that the police have narrowed down investigations to the architect and engineers involved in the construction of the building.
An officer involved in the investigations said the landlord is being interrogated to reveal other players behind the construction of the six-storey residential building.
