Thousands of leaders gathered at the Othaya approved school for the funeral service of former First Lady the late Mama Lucy Kibaki who died two weeks ago at a London hospital.
Influential leaders and government officials who addressed the mammoth gathering that had attended the funeral service celebrated the late Mama Lucy as a pillar for the Kibaki family and firm defender of family values.
She was also lauded for her efforts towards eradicating HIV.
