A thick cloud engulfed Iibisil village in Kajiado County, after the news of sudden death of their son, Interior CS Joseph Nkaissery Saturday night.
Shocked residents say that they received the sad news through media and social media.
A fundraiser that was set to take place today in Iibisil where the Nkaissery was expected was called off in his honour.
