It is a reprieve for the doctors union officials yet again after the employment and labor relations court gave them a 7 day window period to complete negotiations and end the strike that has dragged on for more than sixty days now.
This is after the Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) intervened and offered to mediate.
Justice Hellen Wasilwa has appointed 8 agencies to spearhead the negotiations that will be represented by a maximum of 3 people from each organisation.
