A warm reception awaited Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto as he made a stop over rally at Ntulele in Narok County before his grand homecoming ceremony in Bomet County.
The Governor who jetted back from South Africa where he was undergoing treatment for an injury he sustained after being hit by a teargas canister was in high spirits as crowds gathered to greet him.
