The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has been directed to provide ownership documents for Tassia II and III projects. Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero said for the county government to regularise the development of the project, NSSF has to provide ownership documents for scrutiny and evaluation.
“The legal requirement for prospective developers before their plans are approved and a development permit issued is a title deed,”said Kidero.
Speaking after meeting owners of Tassia II and III plots, Kidero decried the uncontrolled development and lack of sewerage system in the estate.
