Orange Democratic Movement party continued to crack the whip on rebel leaders at Nairobi County Assembly. The party has replaced Karen Ward Representative David Mberia with his Parklands counterpart Jaffer Kassam as the Majority Chief Whip.
ODM executive director Oduor Ong’wen said the changes take effect immediately and urged Majority Leader Elias Otieno to oversee the smooth transition.
The party also expelled Viwandani MCA Samuel Nyangw’ara, the mover of the impeachment motion against Governor Evans Kidero a few weeks ago.
