Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka yesterday told defectors to stop issuing him with ultimatums and instead concentrate in their new political home, Jubilee Party.
Speaking during this year’s Mashujaa Day celebrations in Machakos, Kalonzo said the MPs had cut links with their sponsoring party and had no authority to issue threats or ultimatums to an outfit that they abandoned.
He said Wiper will mount a campaign against the MPs and ensure they lose in next year’s General Election. “Recently, some people left us and joined your party including the area governor, they are now your people and should direct their ultimatums to you,” Kalonzo told President Uhuru Kenyatta.
